How To Create Magical Content that Attracts and Converts

Posting to social media every day isn’t the ONLY thing you need to be doing - as creating a successful online healing and coaching business is more complex than that - BUT, it is one of the major players in attracting new people, and showing your audience that you can be trusted.

It can feel so hard to come up with things to say every day, that you know will really resonate with your dream client. You don’t know what to say, how to say it, when to say it, or even why you’re saying it in the first place.

Here’s where you start in creating a content plan that actually works:

Know WHO you’re saying it to

You can’t just wing content out there, or post funny memes and think that’s going to call in your dream clients. You need to know who you’re talking to. You need to know them better than they know themselves. Knowing what keeps them up at night, what they dream about, and what they desire most out of life is going to be one of your key drivers in creating content. Every single piece must speak directly to your dream client, and so finding out who they are is crucial.

Don’t share crap.

I know, I know, that funny meme NEEDS to be shared because it’s hilarious - but think about it first - does it really resonate with your audience, or are you just laughing so hard you spit your coffee out? The content you post is meant to show your audience that you are the go-to expert in your field and someone who can be trusted. As much as I love my kittens, and am a huge fan of the best memes out there, it isn’t a part of my social media strategy to post a bunch of fluff. Be intentional about what you’re curating on your feed because you have very little time to make an impression when someone comes to visit and find out more.

Don’t Be Too Logical

People base their decisions on how they feel, not the step-by-step process or what modality you’re using in your sessions. No one cares if they’re meeting you for an hour, or you’re using EFT tapping to help them shift. What they care about is how they are going to feel. They want to know they will feel better, and that their investment in reading your content, booking a session with you, or being in your presence is worth it. Speak to their emotions in your content. Offer them possibility and hope, and speak to the things they dream of. Paint a picture of extraordinary in your content, and let the details sort themselves out naturally.

Ask them to take action

Every single piece of content you put out needs to have an action step. Get your audience to do something, whether it be to book a call with you, or simply to comment below. Creating and posting great content is wonderful, but if you aren’t asking them to take action on it, you’re leaving impact and income on the table. Get your people to comment, DM you, reply, or book with you.

Stand out from the crowd

Let’s face it - there’s a lot of noise out there. Social media is slammed with healers and coaches selling their wares. What makes you so special?? Tell us that. Be brave and share your weird, wonderful, wackiness with us and stand out from the crowd. Let us see your uniqueness and what makes you the one to go to for support. Allow your energy and heart to pour through everything you do, and every piece of content. Share yourself honestly and stop hiding your true magic in an effort to fit in.

Your content needs to speak to your audience and showcase the depth of your heart, and soul, and how that expresses outward into your work. As much as you might love your cats and your particular modality, it’s not about you. It’s about sharing your magic with them so they can decide if they resonate with you or not.
