How to Utilize the Divine Timing Cycle in Your Healing and Coaching Business

There is a rhythm to everything we do. You’ve likely at some point in your life uttered the words, ‘all in divine timing.’

But do you know what that actually means, and how to leverage it?

There are 6 stages to the divine timing cycle, and each stage has its own unique set of guidelines to follow. Each stage has its own patterns, common traits, and things to watch out for. And when you know what ‘time’ it is, it makes EVERYTHING easier.

The pattern of Divine Timing can be seen everywhere; in nature, in our relationships, in our health and well-being, and in our business. Do you know the 6 stages and how to leverage them in your business?

Awareness

This stage is a time of curiosity and exploring your intentions. It’s a time of trying out new ideas without it needing to be a full commitment. This stage is when you become AWARE that you would like to experience something new.

Acceptance

In this stage, you’ve got to feel your feelings! You also need to recognize where you might feel separate from the experience you desire, and navigate any triggers or deep-seated patterns that might arise as a result of recognizing you don’t yet have that experience.

Self-Responsibility

This is the place that many coaches skip over. In this stage, you must make a powerful DECISION that you will experience the thing you desire. We can’t wait for the Universe to hand it to us on a silver platter. You must come into energetic co-creation with the Universe in this stage.

Activation

It’s time for action in this stage, and you might start asking all the how-to questions. You might try to control the outcome by creating to-do lists that are 52 million things long. During this stage, you are meant to stay present, focus on the decision that you made in the last stage, and trust your intuition to guide you to the next step.

Acceleration

Here’s where the rubber meets the road, and you are moving toward the experience you want at warp speed. During this stage, your only job is to stay focused and keep going. It is common for many coaches to sabotage at this stage because it feels too busy, or becomes too much. You are 3 feet from gold - don’t quit!

Transmutation

The acceleration stage is not meant to be maintained and eventually begins to slow. It is often during this stage that coaches will feel they’ve done something wrong because all of a sudden everything slows down. This is a time of honoring the journey and recognizing that you have become the person who has experienced the thing you wanted in the beginning. Celebrate, and get ready for what’s next!

This cycle is something I implement and pay attention to in EVERYTHING I do in my own coaching practice, and with my clients. It can be used to create powerful transformational programs, give you permission to be where you are, and help you to understand your own rhythm.
